RECIPE FOR FUDGE FROSTING

Title: Fudge Frosting

Ingredients:
0.50 cup,   Granulated sugar
2.00 tbsp,   Cocoa
0.25 cup,   Milk
2.00 tbsp,   Margarine or butter
1.00 tbsp,   Light corn syrup
0.75 cup,   Powdered sugar
0.50 tsp,   Vanilla


Instructions:
Mix granulated sugar and cocoa in 2-quart saucepan.
Stir in milk, margarine corn syrup and salt.
Heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
Boil 3 stirring occasionally; cool.
Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla.
Frosts one 8- or 9-inch cake layer.
8 SERVINGS; 130 CALORIES PER SERVING.
