RECIPE FOR FRUITED TURKEY SALAD

Title: Fruited Turkey Salad

Ingredients:
3.00 cup,   Cut-up cooked turkey
0.75 cup,   Seedless grape halves
2.00 medium,   Stalks celery, thinly sliced
1.00 can,   (11 ounces) mandarin orange
1.00 can,   (8 ounces) sliced water
1.00 can,   (6 ounces) lemon, peach or
2.00 tbsp,   Soy sauce


Instructions:
Mix turkey, grapes, celery, onions, orange segments and water chestnuts.
Mix yogurt and soy sauce.
Pour over turkey mixture and toss.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
6 SERVINGS; 260 CALORIES PER SERVING.
