RECIPE FOR DEEP DISH TACO SQUARES

Ingredients:
0.50 lb, Ground beef
0.50 cup, Sour cream
0.33 cup, Mayonnaise
0.50 cup, Sharp Cheedar cheese
1.00 tbsp, Onion chopped
1.00 cup, Biscuit mix
0.25 cup, Water
0.50 cup, Green pepper, chopped
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Brown ground beef, drain.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and onion; reserve.
Mix biscuit mix and water until soft dough forms.
Pat inpan, pressing dought 1/2 inch up sides.
Layer beef, tomato and green pepper in pan; spoon sour cream mixture over top.
Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
Bake until edges of dough are light brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
