Ingredients:
1.00 cup,   Oil, salad
1.00 cup,   Sherry, cooking; or red wine
0.50 cup,   Soy sauce
4.00 tsp,   Worcestershire sauce
3.00 tsp,   Garlic powder
dash,   Pepper; freshly ground


Instructions:
Combine all ingredients.
Marinate steak 4 hours or overnight.
