1.00 cup, Sliced scallions
0.12 tsp, Hot pepper sauce
4.00 medium, Tomatoes, peeled, seeded,
1.00 tbsp, Red wine vineagr
0.50 tsp, Ground cloves
0.50 tsp, Worcestershire sauce
0.12 tsp, Ground saffron (optional)
0.12 tsp, Freshly ground pepper
2.00 lb, Skinless, boneless chicken
Instructions:

In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
Add scallions and cook until lightly browned, about 3 minutes.
Add garlic and hot pepper sauce; cook 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, vinegar, bay leaf, cloves, Worcestershire, saffron, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.

Place chicken on top of sauce, cover, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, until chicken is tender and opaque.
