RECIPE FOR LAMB CHOP CHILI

Ingredients:
0.25 cup,   Diced onions
0.25 cup,   Diced red peppers
0.50 cup,   Diced tomatoes
0.50 cup,   Tomato puree
0.25 cup,   Chili sauce
3.00 tbsp,   Paprika
3.00 tbsp,   Chili powder
2.00 tsp,   Minced garlic
0.50 tsp,   Black pepper
1.50 cup,   Ground lamb
0.50 tsp,   Salt
16.00 oz,   Tomato juice
1.00 dash,   Of tabasco
1.00 dash,   Worcestershire sauce


Instructions:
1.
In a large soup pot saute lamb, onions and peppers until the meat is browned (Drain excess fat) 2.
Add chili sauce, paprika, tomato puree, garlic, chili powder, and tomato juice.
Simmer 1 hour then add salt, pepper, tabasco and worcestershire.
Add diced tomatoes.
Consistency should be slightly thick when finished.
For serving, place 4 oz.
chili on a 10"" plate then saute or broil (2) 4 oz.
lamb chops w/long bones, then place over chili with the bones criss crossed.
