Ingredients:

1.00		Cucumber; peeled, seeded,
		- and diced
2.00		Tomatoes; diced
0.50		Onion; diced
0.50		Red bell pepper; seeded,
		- and diced
0.50		Yellow bell pepper; seeded,
		- and diced
0.50		Green bell pepper; seeded,
		- and diced
2.00	tb	Fresh dill, chopped
2.00	tb	Fresh cilantro, chopped
1.00	pt	Beef stock
1.00	tb	Olive oil
1.50	tb	Red wine vinegar
1.00	ts	Garlic, finely chopped
1.00	ts	Tabasco sauce
2.00	ts	Salt
0.50	ts	White pepper
1.00	pt	Tomato juice

Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients and mix them together well.
Chill the soup.
