RECIPE FOR CHERRY-WINE SOUP
Title: Cherry-Wine Soup
Serves: 6

Ingredients:
1.00ozCan pitted tart red cherries
1.50cWater
0.50cSugar
1.00tbQuick-cooking tapioca
0.12tsGround cloves
0.50cDry red wine

Instructions:
In 1 1/2-quart saucepan stir together undrained cherries, water, sugar, tapioca, and cloves.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; stir in wine.
Cover and chill, stirring occasionally.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
