RECIPE FOR CRABS WITH GINGER AND GREEN ONIONS

Title: Crabs With Ginger And Green Onions

Ingredients:
4.00 tbsp,   Peanut oil
2.00 lb,   Live, unshelled, crab
2.00 tbsp,   Minced garlic
1.00 tsp,   Minced fresh ginger root
4.00 tbsp,   Coarsely chopped scallions
2.00 tbsp,   Chinese rice wine or:
2.00 tbsp,   Light soy sauce
0.50 tsp,   Dark soy sauce
1.00 pinch,   Salt
0.25 cup,   Chicken broth


Instructions:
HEAT A WOK OVER A HIGH FLAME.
Add the oil, and when it is hot, stir-fry the crab quickly until they turn red.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Continue stirring until the crab are cooked (about 3 minutes).
