RECIPE FOR BROILED SWORDFISH AND CUCUMBER SAUCE
Title: Broiled Swordfish And Cucumber Sauce

Serves: 6

Ingredients:
6.00Steaks 1/2 pound each
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2.00tbAnchovie paste
6.00tbButter
1.00cCucumber
0.50cButter clarified

Instructions:
Mix 6T butter and 2 T anchovy paste then spread on both sides of steaks.
Season with salt and pepper.
Oil broiler pan or grill and cook steaks about 3 minutes each side (for 1 inch steaks).
Mix cucumber and clarified butter and pour over steaks to serve.
