RECIPE FOR BREADED PORK CHOPS

Ingredients:
6.00Pork Chops, 1-inch thick
Salt
Pepper
2.00Eggs
0.25cMilk
0.50cFlour
0.50cDry Bread Crumbs
2.00tbVegetable Oil
2.00tbButter
3.00tbWater

Instructions:
Beat eggs and milk together.
combine flour, salt and pepper.
Dip the chops in the egg & milk mixture and then the flour & crumb mixture.
Heat butter and oil in a skillet and brown chops on all sides.
Add the water before simmering.
Cover and simmer 35-45 minutes, until done.
