RECIPE FOR ANNIE MAE JONES' PEACH COBBLER
Title: Annie Mae Jones' Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:
2.00 cup, Biscuit mix
1.00 cup, Sugar
0.50 cup, Milk
1.00 tsp, Vanilla
1.00 can, Peaches,sliced (16 oz)
Instructions:
1.
Preheat oven to 350'F.
2.
Melt butter in a 1-1/2 quart casserole baking dish; tilt to distribute butter evenly on bottom and sides of dish.
3.
Combine biscuit mix and sugar; mix milk and vanilla, add to dry mixture, and stir until blended.
Pour over butter in baking dish; do not stir.
Pour peaches and peach syrup over top; again, do NOT stir.
4.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or well-chilled whipped cream.
