RECIPE FOR AMISH PEACH PIE

Title: Amish Peach Pie

Ingredients:
4.00 cup,   Peaches; peeled and sliced
0.50 cup,   Sugar
0.25 tsp,   Salt
2.50 tbsp,   Tapioca
2.50 tbsp,   Butter or margerine; melted
0.25 cup,   Flour
0.50 tsp,   Cinnamon
0.33 cup,   Brown sugar


Instructions:
Mix together gently, peaches, sugar, salt and tapioca.
Let belnd for 5 minutes before spooning into pie shell.
Mix crumb ingredients well and sprinkle over pie shell.
Bake at 425 degrees F.
for 45 to 50 minutes.
